Friends of the Anza Valley Community Library presented gifts of educational games and items to staff at the library Thursday, July 11 in a short ceremony."Our Friends group raised funds through membership dues, used book store sales and donations and we were able to purchase Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) educational games and items for the Anza Valley Community Library," said Jill Roberts, president of Friends of Anza Valley Community Library. “We invite everyone to come and explore these new resources at our local library.”Children visiting the library that day were anxious to play with an interactive map, Lego race car kits and more.
