The City of Menifee has formed a community facilities district for the 182-home Banner Park II development, and the Eastern Municipal Water District will be part of a Joint Community Facilities Agreement for the CFD.
The EMWD board voted 4-0 August 21, with Randy Record absent, to adopt a resolution approving the Joint Community Facilities Agreement between Eastern, the City of Menifee, and Pulte Home Company, LLC. The agreement covers 182 single-family homes west of Briggs Road, north of Cottonwood Avenue, and southeast of Domenigoni Parkway.
