Get Fit After 50 exercise classes are offered two days a week at the Community Hall in Anza. The program focuses on low-impact exercises that improve strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are held from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and Friday mornings each week. The instruction includes a video-guided program that is fun and beneficial. “I have improved muscles I never knew I had,” said long time student Joan Kessman. The friendly group encourages each other and welcomes newcomers. “Come join us,” said instructor Teresa Hoehn. “Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.
