TEMECULA —The Board of Directors of the Rancho California Water District has officially appointed Jason Martin as the new General Manager, effective immediately. This decision comes after an extensive selection process, following Mr. Martin’s successful term as Interim General Manager since June 1, 2024.Mr. Martin, who has been with Rancho Water since 2006, previously served as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Administration.
