RCWD donates four trucks for Temecula Citizen Corps City Emergency Response Team

Four Rancho California Water District trucks which were scheduled for removal from service will be donated to the Temecula Citizen Corps City Emergency Response Team.The RCWD board voted 6-0 December 12, with William Plummer absent, to approve the donation of the vehicles. The trucks will formally be donated to the City of Temecula for use by the Temecula Citizen Corps City Emergency Response Team.The Temecula Citizen Corps program coordinates the efforts of private citizens, neighborhood leaders, public safety agencies, and city officials to enhance emergency and disaster preparedness.
