Riverside County launches Tech on Wheels to expand digital access in the fifth supervisorial district
RIVERSIDE – Riverside County is taking a major step in bridging the digital divide with the launch of Tech on Wheels, a mobile technology hub designed to provide digital resources and internet access to communities in need. The program is funded by Fifth District Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and managed by Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) Broadband Director Tom Mullen.
