Supervisors approve the pre-development phase of Wildomar Library renovation and expansion

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved the preliminary process for the renovation and expansion of the Wildomar Library branch. A 5-0 vote Feb. 25 approved the project for inclusion in the county’s Capital Improvement Program, approved a preliminary pre-development budget of $350,000, authorized the county’s Purchasing Agent to execute pre-qualified consultant service agreements of up to $200,000, and found the renovation categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review.
