Menifee’s Gloria Sanchez, named the city’s “Citizen of the Year” in January, has now also earned the honor of being California Senator Kelly Seyarto’s “Woman of the Year” in his 32nd Senate District.Sanchez, who may be one of Menifee’s best-known senior advocates, is almost always in attendance at the Menifee City Council and is a member of many service clubs, always advocating for the city’s seniors as well as many other contributions to the community.Seyarto made the announcement this month in celebration of Women’s History Month when the California Legislative Women’s Caucus invited State Senators and Assemblymembers to select an outstanding woman from their district to recognize for her significant contributions to her community.“Gloria Sanchez is a
