RIVERSIDE COUNTY – In celebration of International Women's Day on March 8, Riverside County Second District Supervisor Karen Spiegel recognized Francesca Rife of Eastvale and Dr. Cassandra Sanders-Holly of Norco as the District Two’s Women of the Year at a ceremony held during the Board of Supervisors Meeting on March 11. Each year, Riverside County honors outstanding women through the Women's Inspiration Awards, introduced in 2021, to recognize those making a lasting impact in their communities.
