The winning entries have been selected for the “Art of the Avocado” Art Competition, sponsored by Fallbrook Propane Gas Company. The competition is a part of Fallbrook’s annual Avocado Festival, happening on Sunday, April 13 in downtown Fallbrook.Different art mediums were accepted with the only restriction being that an “avocado” must be easily identifiable in the entries.The three categories are 2-dimensional, 3-dimensional, and photography, with cash prizes for first, second, and third place.The winners are as follows:2-Dimensional CategoryFirst place: “California Gold” – Kim Fiori,
