With only a few days left before Murrieta’s Tour de Murrieta, the Murrieta City Council agreed to change its method of providing staff support to the long-time signature event at its April 1 meeting.The city staff reported that each year, the Tour de Murrieta brings contestants, their friends and family, and other cycling fans from many states and other countries to Murrieta, boosting its economy.
