TEMECULA – Cowboy Jubilee brought an evening of Western charm and community spirit to Galway Downs on Saturday, Sept. 13, treating guests to Texas-style BBQ, thrilling equestrian performances, and a lively country concert by the James Kelly Band, featuring a tribute to Toby Keith.
