The Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a community facilities district for the Creekstone development in Winchester.A 5-0 vote on November 4 authorized the formation of the CFD. The Creekstone project is north of Domenigoni Parkway, south of Salt Creek, east of Windy Willow Lane, and west of Leon Road.The 14.9-acre parcel will be subdivided into 164 residential condominium units.
