EVMWD board elects officers for 2026

LAKE ELSINORE - The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) Board of Directors has selected its officers for the 2026 term during its meeting on Dec. 11. Director Andy Morris (Division 5) was elected President by a 5-0 vote, taking the helm from Director Chance Edmondson, who served in the role for the past two years. Director Darcy M. Burke (Division 1) was elected Vice President, and Director Harvey R. Ryan (Division 2) was elected Treasurer. Board officers serve one-year terms.Morris, first elected to the board in 2010, has served in every officer role, including board president in 2014, 2019, 2020, and 2023.
