The December 9 meeting of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors included the allocation of Community Improvement Designation funding for the Santa Rosa Plateau Foundation, Compassion Community Outreach, MALHY Community Outreach Protective Services, and the Wildomar Community and Parks Foundation.
The supervisors’ 5-0 vote allocated $10,000 for Santa Rosa Plateau Nature Education Foundation, Inc., $2,500 for Compassion Community Outreach, Inc., $2,500 to MALHY Community Outreach Protective Services, Inc., and $1,000 for Wildomar Community and Parks Foundation, Inc. Community Improvement Designation grants can be allocated to non-profit organizations, public agencies, county departments, or other organizations with programs which serve the social needs of the county's population.
