LAKE ELSINORE — The City of Lake Elsinore has released the public draft of the Climate Action and Adaptation Plan (CAAP) and invites community members to review the document and provide feedback.The CAAP serves as a long-term roadmap to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while strengthening the City’s resilience to climate-related impacts.
