Historic Chimes building redeveloped to drive entrepreneurship, job creation, and downtown economic growth

LAKE ELSINORE – The City of Lake Elsinore is advancing its commitment to economic development and downtown revitalization with the redevelopment of the historic Chimes building on Main Street. The landmark property is being transformed into a business incubator and multi-use destination that supports entrepreneurship, workforce development, tourism, and local investment.The revitalized building will house a business incubator, along with Borsellino Travel, a café/coffee shop, and the Chimes Event and Training Center.
