Journey tribute band DSB gives electric performance at Pala Casino

DSB – Tribute to Journey (the DSB stands for Don't Stop Believin' which was on Journey's 1981 Escape album) performed Friday, March 6 at Pala Casino's Events Center "I think the reason why these tribute bands are so appealing is the nostalgia," said Pala Casino Director of Domestic Marketing and Player Development Brian Roe. Roe has been with Pala Casino for 22 years. He is originally from the Chicago suburb of Aurora and graduated from high school in 1984. "I was a Journey fan growing up. They had a whole string of hits," Roe said. The actual Journey band's first album was released in 1975. Escape was Journey's only album which reached the top of the charts.
