2026 Teen Expo Blends Extreme Sports With Driving Safety Education

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital’s Emergency and Trauma Departments hosted the 2026 Teen Expo on Saturday afternoon, utilizing extreme sports to deliver crucial safety education to local youth at Promenade Temecula.

The free community event, which ran from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. outside the Regal Edwards Cinemas, aimed to raise awareness among young drivers about the severe dangers of distracted and impaired driving. To draw crowds and engage attendees, organizers featured high-flying motocross performances by Jimmy Fitzpatrick’s FITZ ARMY and The Metal Mulisha Motocross Stunt Riders.

In addition to the action sports spectacle, the expo provided attendees with racing photo opportunities, free giveaways, and a variety of interactive vendor booths. Hospital representatives were also on-site to distribute safety materials and share information regarding the broader medical services provided by Inland Valley Hospital.

While admission to the expo was free for the public, proceeds generated through the event benefit the Southwest Healthcare Auxiliary. The non-profit organization provides scholarships for graduating high school seniors who are planning to pursue higher education in the medical field.
