Anza’s Sacred Heart Catholic Church presented a live Easter Passion play for the church’s parishioners, visitors and friends Saturday, April 4. Conducted entirely in Spanish, the performance reenacted the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, played by role players from Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Desert Hot Springs.Sacred Heart Catholic Church's Father Kien Kieu opened the play with a short prayer expressed in both English and Spanish.
