The County of Riverside extended its lease with Valley View Commerce Center, LLC, for space which is used as the District Attorney's office in Murrieta.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted 3-0 July 14, with Chuck Washington and Manuel Perez absent, to approve a new lease agreement. The initial term will be from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, and the agreement includes a two-year option.The facility in the 30000 block of Technology Drive totals 14,482 square feet of office space. The county has leased the premises since 2005. The previous lease was approved by the county supervisors on November 2, 2021, and covered the period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2026.For Fiscal Year 2026-27 the county will pay $1.99 per square foot, which equates to $28,803.4
