The City of Temecula will be installing wayfinding signs in the Auto Mall area.A 5-0 Temecula City Council vote on July 14 awarded a construction contract to Express Sign & Neon to provide and install four new wayfinding signs along Ynez Road within the Auto Mall area. The Los Angeles company will be paid $298,860 for the work. The city council action also included a finding that the project, which is entirely within existing developed roadway medians and does not result in habitat impacts, is exempt from Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan fees. A total budget of $328,746 was approved for the project, and the city council also authorized the City Manager to approve any necessary construction change orders with a cumulative maximum of $29,886.The wayfinding signs will as
