A Los Angeles County judge ruled Monday that prosecutors presented sufficient evidence to move forward with a murder trial against singer D4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, in the killing of 14-year-old Lake Elsinore resident Celeste Rivas Hernandez.Following a five-day preliminary hearing, Judge Charlaine Olmedo found probable cause to hold Burke, 21, to answer on charges including murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains.The hearing included testimony, forensic evidence and graphic autopsy photographs, along with text messages exchanged between Burke and Hernandez shortly before her death.
