Edward Finger sold his Pure Stock racecar prior to the end of the 2025 Barona Speedway season and has been driving in the Hobby Stocks division this year. The Hobby Stocks did not race September 12, but Finger drove an available Pure Stock that night and won his heat race while finishing fifth in the main event.“I still can’t complain,” Finger said.Finger’s uncle, Brian Fitzgibbons, also normally races in another class. The IMCA Stocks, which is Fitzgibbons’ normal division, was also off September 12. Fitzbiggons won the Pure Stocks main event.
