The utility relocation agreement between the City of Menifee and Southern California Edison for the Holland Road overcrossing of Interstate 215 has been amended.A 5-0 Menifee City Council vote October 7 approved the amendment. The city will reimburse SCE an additional $780,200.44 to bring the total reimbursement amount to $1,295,564.44.The city constructed an east-west connection of Holland Road over Interstate 215 to improve regional connectivity and circulation within thecity. The project also included street and signal improvements at the intersection of Holland Road and Haun Road.
