Supervisors renew joint use agreement for Anza library

The County of Riverside has a joint use agreement with the Hemet Unified School District for a library at Hamilton High School, and the Riverside County Board of Supervisors approved a new five-year lease agreement.The county supervisors voted 5-0 June 10 to approve the new lease for the Anza branch library. The lease period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030.The Anza branch library is 5,400 square feet. Hamilton High School is in the 57400 block of Mitchell Road. The initial joint use agreement in which the county leased library space from the school district was approved by the Board of Supervisors in June 2003, and prior to the June 10 extension, the most recent lease had been approved in August 2020.
