Western Water is beginning construction on the Jefferson Improvement Project in the City of Murrieta. The project will require a two-lane closure on Jefferson Avenue at Guava Street from Monday, Aug. 18, through Friday, Aug. 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.What to expectTraffic will be reduced to two lanes, and standard traffic control measures will be in place. Motorists are urged to follow all traffic control signage, drive cautiously through the work area, and plan a little extra time for travel to help keep our crews and the public safe.
