The County of Riverside's lease for the county's probation office in Murrieta has been extended.A 5-0 Riverside County Board of Supervisors vote April 14 approved the five-year lease extension between the county and Silverhawk Business Center, LLC. The new lease is retroactive to April 12, 2026, and will expire on April 11, 2031.The county leases 13,592 square feet of the building in the 30100 block of Technology Drive. The initial lease agreement was approved in September 2012. A three-year lease extension was approved in June 2018. The previous lease extension was approved in June 2021 and was retroactive to April 12, 2021, with an expiration on April 11, 2026.The 2021 lease included an annual 2.75 percent increase, and for the fifth year the county paid $1.78 per square foot
