Anza Valley families and friends came together Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Community Hall for the annual Anza Christmas Tree Lighting, filling the evening with music, laughter and holiday cheer.The Hamilton/Cottonwood Choir set the tone with a lively performance of seasonal favorites as proud parents recorded every song. Inside the Hall, children crowded around tables for cookie and ornament decorating, while volunteers kept hot chocolate and fresh cookies flowing.One of the night’s most anticipated moments was the pajama contest, which had the crowd erupting in cheers and applause for each participant as contestants proudly modeled their coziest holiday attire.Outside, vendors offered a variety of holiday-themed treats and gifts.
