Dear Residents of District 5,
I hope this week finds you in great spirits. As the year winds down, I want to wish you and your loved ones a very Happy Holidays!
This time of year allows us to decompress and do the little things that bring us joy. For me, that means spending quality time with my family, reflecting on our milestones, and enjoying a traditional Venezuelan breakfast! Looking back, I am proud of what we have accomplished together in District 5. We’ve worked hard to ensure our community thrives by:
Investing in our Future: We allocated $2.5 million for the Nuview Bridge Early College High School Stadium and $400,000 for ADA accessible ramps at the Beaumont Civic Center, both of which are completed.
Closing the Digital Divide: We invested $1.1 million in Tech
