MURRIETA — The upcoming Vintage Farms apartment community in Murrieta has reached a significant construction milestone with the project’s topping out, marking the completion of structural construction. R.D. Olson Construction is serving as the general contractor for the development, which continues to take shape on a 15-acre site in the city.
Vintage Farms will feature 330 luxury and market-rate apartments spread across 11 buildings, along with 15 standalone garages designed to provide convenient access for residents without the need for a central parking structure.
