Supervisors ratify emergency sewer flood agreements for Murrieta Sheriff’s Station

The County of Riverside had to issue emergency purchase orders after a sewer backup in the Murrieta Sheriff’s Station flooded a portion of the administrative office space. The emergency agreements were ratified by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors on January 13.The 5-0 vote ratifies six purchase orders for mitigation and remediation work. The $79,236 approved by the ratification also covers $8,974 of county staff time.The Murrieta Sheriff’s Station is in the 30700 block of Auld Road.
