The Riverside County Board of Supervisors extended the lease of a flight instruction school which operates at French Valley Airport.The supervisors’ 5-0 vote April 28 approved an extension of the lease through September 30, 2031. The lease is for 2,813 square feet of office space located within the Terminal Building at French Valley Airport.Executive Flight Institute, LLC, operates EFI Flight School at French Valley Airport. In 2017 the Board of Supervisors approved a lease of office space to EFI Flight School. Amendments to the lease were approved in 2021 and 2023, and the lease would have expired on September 30, 2026, had it not been extended.The lease covers four suites in the Terminal Building which is in the 37600 block of Sky Canyon Drive.
