L.C. Paving and Sealing, Inc., was awarded the County of Riverside contract to resurface two Anza roads.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 on April 28 to award the construction contract for the Escondido company’s bid of $1,039,211.25. The board action also approved an addendum which was issued between the January 13 bid advertisement and the February 11 bid opening. The supervisors also approved a total budget of $1,522,000 which covers past design and environmental expenses, subsequent costs for construction inspection and engineering and for surveying, and a $103,921 contingency which will allow for change orders without subsequent Board of Supervisors approval.The project will resurface 0.7 miles of Contreras Road from Johnson Road to one-quarter of a mile no
