Flood control district approves funding agreement with Wildomar for Sedco drainage line

The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District approved a cooperative funding agreement between the district and the City of Wildomar for Stage 2 of Line F-2 of the Sedco Master Drainage Plan.The agreement was approved on a 5-0 vote during the July 28 meeting of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors, who are also the board members of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The flood control district will contribute a maximum amount of $520,000 and will pay up to 61 percent of any utility relocations cost, up to 10 percent of administration costs related to the construction, and up to 10 percent of the bid price for construction contract change orders.
