The improvements to the Ronald Reagan Sports Park ice rink have been completed, and the Temecula City Council approved the release of performance bonds while accepting maintenance and warranty bonds for the rink.A 4-0 vote on August 11, with Matt Rahn absent, approved the actions associated with the completion of the rink in the 30800 block of Rancho Vista Road. The city council accepted the construction of the rink as complete and directed the city clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion.
