What It Takes to Take the Next Step in LeadershipEach year, junior high school students have the opportunity to apply for the Washington Youth Tour (WYT) through Anza Electric Cooperative. Students begin the process by writing a letter to their local Congress representative. The letters are scored, and students are interviewed by the Anza Electric Cooperative Board of Directors.This year, six students were selected to represent the Cooperative. Three applied for the opportunity to return to Washington D.C. as a Youth Leadership Council representative (YLC).
