
The Temecula City Council approved the restroom expansion and renovation project at Ronald Reagan Sports Park.The city council’s 5-0 vote, April 13, approved the plans and specifications for the sports park, authorized the county’s Department of Public Works to solicit bids for a construction contract and found that the replacement of reconstruction of existing facilities is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act review.“That’s been a long time coming,” Temecula mayor Maryann Edwards said.The project will involve the design, fabrication, delivery and installation of a pre-fabricated restroom building which will replace the existing facility.
