A person was seriously hurt when a vehicle crashed into a wall in Pinyon Sunday, Aug. 22.The crash on Highway 74 at Vista Point was reported at 5:34 p.m., according to Cal Fire/ Riverside County Fire Department.The victim was airlifted to a nearby trauma center, the department reported.No other victims were reported.
