BANNING (CNS) - A convicted felon accused of killing his 81-year-old mother at her Hemet home was charged with murder and other offenses today.Ricardo D. Tucker was arrested Friday following a Hemet Police Department investigation into the slaying of 81-year-old Lee Tucker.Along with murder, the defendant is charged with elder abuse and sentence-enhancing allegations of using a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony and inflicting great bodily injury on a dependent adult.Tucker is being held in lieu of $1 million bail at the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta and was slated to make his initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon at the Banning Justice Center.According to Lt.
