Probationer accused of killing man, wounding two others in Perris
RIVERSIDE (CNS) - A 23-year-old probationer accused of shooting three
men, one fatally, is slated to be arraigned next month on murder and other
charges.Jonathan Manriquez of Lake Elsinore was arrested earlier this week and
charged with murder and two counts of firearm assault, along with sentence-
enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations.Manriquez made his initial court appearance Wednesday before Riverside
County Superior Court Judge Charles Koosed, who appointed him a public
defender and scheduled his arraignment for Sept. 2 at the Southwest Justice
Center in Murrieta.The defendant is being held on $2 million bail at the Robert Presley
Jail in Riverside.According to sheriff's Sgt. Ben Ramirez, shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday,
