The law enforcement services agreement between the County of Riverside and the San Jacinto Unified School District has been amended to add an additional Sheriff’s deputy.A 4-0 Riverside County Board of Supervisors vote Dec. 13, with Manuel Perez absent, approved the amendment to the contract to add the deputy and an amendment to the county’s Salary Ordinance for the additional position. The school district will reimburse the county for the position.In July 2020, the county supervisors approved a five-year law enforcement services agreement between the county and the school district to provide two Sheriff’s deputies to the San Jacinto Unified School District.
