Riverside County Continuum of Care receives historic HUD YHDP award to support homeless transitional-aged youth

RIVERSIDE – The Riverside County Continuum of Care announced it received the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program award.
