RWQCB rescinds waste discharge order for Kkottongnae Retreat Camp

The Regional Water Quality Control Board rescinded the RWQCB waste discharge order for the Kkottongnae Retreat Camp in Temecula. A 5-0 RWQCB vote August 14, with Megan Blair absent, replaces the waste discharge order for the specific facility with a general order which allows reporting for individual facilities to be consolidated. The Korean Catholic retreat venue will be regulated under the state general order covering waste discharge requirements for small domestic wastewater treatment systems.
