MENIFEE — The Menifee Union School District Governing Board held its annual organizational meeting on Monday, Dec. 16 to elect new officers and swear in returning members.Bob O’Donnell was sworn in as trustee for Area 2, beginning his 41st year of service as a member of the Governing Board. Additionally, Xavier Padilla took his oath of office and will be serving as trustee for Area 1.The Governing Board also appointed new officers for the upcoming year as follows:President: J. Kyle Root
