As the new school year sets in and the upcoming high school girls’ volleyball season approaches, many local teams are gearing up to embrace the challenges ahead. With the recent release of the 2019 CIF Southern Section watch list, as selected by the Girls’ Volleyball Advisory Committee, the excitement in the valley is mounting.Due to the increased popularity of the sport over the years and the many great clubs and training facilities in the area, competition is getting fierce, especially in the tough Southwestern League.
