Commercial property sales continue to grow in the Menifee Economic Corridor

Menifee’s Economic Development Department this week announced three more commercial properties in the central area of the city have been sold and plans submitted for a business park and medical and professional offices.A 96-acre property on Haun Road between Garbani and Holland roads was sold that will be the location for a long-sought business park with 70,000 feet of professional space and other buildings much in demand in the Inland Empire.The second property located in the city’s economic corridor at Newport and Bradley roads is 9.6 acres where a hotel and specialty grocery store may be built. The developer, Tony Villasenor from the CBC So Cal Group, in addition to the hotel and grocery story spot also shows a number of other pads still available for shops in the prime shop
