RIVERSIDE – Susan G. Komen Inland Empire is preparing for their annual community fundraising event. In May, the organization announced the new More Than Pink Walk, which is the next evolution in its signature fundraising event series. The Susan G. Komen Inland Empire More Than Pink Walk will be held Sunday, Oct. 13, at Town Square Park in Murrieta.The More Than Pink Walk brings together an empowered community of hope to raise funds for breast cancer treatment, patient advocacy and lifesaving research., and 75% of the net proceeds stay in Riverside and San Bernardino counties to fund local programs to support mothers, sisters, neighbors and friends as they battle breast cancer in community.
