A 52-year-old Moreno Valley chiropractor suspected of inappropriately touching a woman at his office was out of custody Thursday, Sept. 12.Dr. Sam Putres Khumooro of Eastvale was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of misdemeanor sexual battery. He posted a $5,000 bond and was released from the Robert Presley Jail in Riverside Wednesday.According to Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt.
