TEMECULA ─ It’s that time of year again to break out those spooky spider webs, wicked witches and giant jack-o’-lanterns. Enter Temecula’s third annual free Halloween Home Decorating Contest and show the neighborhood who is the king of Halloween.Enter as an individual residence or as a neighborhood for judging categories including Scariest, Most Humorous, Most Original and Best Theme.Temecula residents located within the city limits can register online using Activity No. 9090.201. The deadline to register is Wednesday, Oct. 23. Lights are required to be turned on for judging night, Monday, Oct. 28.Visit www.TemeculaCA.gov/register to register an entry.
